” When I came here with my aunt for consultation they had carried out a detailed assessment of her health, which motivated me to consult about my problem. I feel better after consultation, it’s a safe and secure place to ventilate our problems. My negative thoughts which were irritating for many years have slowly decreased. మా పిన్ని ఇక్కడ వైద్యం చేయించుకుంటున్నప్పుడు నేను తోడుగా వచ్చే దానిని. ఇక్కడి స్టాఫ్ చూపే శ్రద్ధ చూసి నేను కూడా ఇక్కడే వైద్యం చేయించుకోవాలి అని నిర్ణయించుకున్నాను. నేను ఇక్కడి వైద్య సిబ్బందిని సంప్రదించిన తర్వాత నుండి సంతోషంగా వున్నాను. ఇక్కడి వారితో నా వ్యక్తిగత సమస్యలను విప్పి చెప్పవచ్చు అనే ధైర్యం కలిగింది. చాల కాలంగా నా మనసులో వచ్చే వ్యతిరేకమైన (నెగెటివ్) ఆలోచనలు, భయాలూ క్రమేణా తగ్గినవి. ఇప్పుడు ధైర్యంగా, సంతోషంగా ఉండగలుగుతున్నాను. ఈ సంస్థ మున్ముందు బాగా అభివృద్ధి చెంది, నాలాంటి మరింతమందికి ఉపయోగపడగలందని ఆశిస్తున్నాను. – ఎల్. జె. గుంటూరు.

” I visited this institute on the advice of my doctor. I had decided to end my life and the same thing I mentioned to my doctor. But he persuaded me to consult this institute. I reached here almost hopelessly. On that day Dr. Khaleel was not available. I thought that might be the sign to my death. But the staff here consoled me and counseled me. ” When I came here I was under huge stress.Consulted many doctors to find solution, but I didn’t. Here the root cause to my problem was addressed (that is alcohol). Meeting group of persons like me and sharing their experiences helped me a lot. There are many persons like me who are suffering with similar problem. నేను ఇక్కడికి వచ్చినపుడు తీవ్రమైన వత్తిడిలో వున్నాను. చాలామంది వైద్యులను సంప్రదించినా ఫలితంలేక, చివరగా నేను ఇక్కడకు రావడం జరిగింది. ఇక్కడి సిబ్బంది నా వత్తిడికి మూల కారణం (మద్యం అతిగా సేవించడం) కనుగొన్నారు. ఇక్కడ నాలాంటి సమస్యలతో బాధ పడుతున్న మరికొంత మందితో కలవడం, వారితో సమస్యలను చర్చించి పరిష్కార మార్గాలు మా అంతటా మేమే గుర్తించడానికి చాలా ఉపయోగ పడింది. మా వూళ్ళో వాళ్ళు గుంటూరులో వైద్యం చాల ఖర్చుతో కూడుకొన్నది అనుకునేవాళ్లు. కానీ నాకు ఇక్కడికి వచ్చిన తర్వాత తెలిసింది, ఇక్కడ తక్కువ ఖర్చుతో మెరుగైన వైద్యం దొరుకుతుంది అని. ఈ విషయాన్నీ అందరికీ చెప్పి, ఇలాంటి సమస్యలు వున్న వాళ్ళని ఇక్కడికి పంపుతాను. – కె.ఎం. వినుకొండ, గుంటూరు జిల్లా.
